- 40g rolled oats
- 40g buckwheat flour
- 15g Chai Drinking Cacao
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1tsp flaxseed meal
- 6g coconut sugar
- 150ml almond milk
- 10ml white wine vinegar
- 25g applesauce
- Blend your oats into oat flour and mix with the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl pour in milk, vinegar, and applesauce and leave to curdle for a few minutes. Then pour your wet mixture into your dry and fold gently. A few lumps here and there are okay, just make sure you don’t have a lot of dry flour at the bottom of the bowl.
- Heat a pan and pour in 2 tablespoon of mixture per pancake. Cook on medium heat until bubbles start to form before flipping and cook for another minute or so until it is completely cooked through.
- Serve with coconut yoghurt, fruits, nut butter and any other toppings you may wish!
